はじめまして。
リストラクチャーコーチの望月みおです。
2026年4月1日に改名（美櫻子→美櫻）し、現在は「みお」の表記も、ひらがな・カタカナのどちらにするかを探っている途中です。
また、コーチとしては本名の「よしえ」、楽曲制作では「みお」と使い分ける可能性もあり、ちょうど移行期にいます。
名前は、人とのつながりにおいて大切なものですが、私はその時々の自分に合うものへと自然に変えていくことが多いです。
変わることを前提に生きる、そんな在り方を選んでいます。
2024年頃から「風の時代」と言われる流れの中で、社会の構造も大きく揺らぎ始めました。
これまで当たり前だと思われていた働き方や価値観が変化し、「変わらないこと」よりも「変わっていくこと」が自然な時代になってきています。
変化には、不安を感じるものですが、私は、チャンスだと捉えています。
なぜなら、構造が揺らぐことで、これまで見えなかった選択肢や可能性が現れてくるからです。
私の肩書は、リストラクチャーコーチ、ラジオパーソナリティ、楽曲制作としていますが、
この順番は収入ではなく、私の在り方の中心にあるものを基準にしています。
無意識のクセや思い込みによって形づくられたその構造を見つめ直し、
本来の自分で生きられるように、少しずつ再構築していきます。
社会が変わるように、人の心の構造もまた変化しています。
これまで揺るがないと思われていたものが揺らぎ、
自由度が広がっている今――
ひとりひとりが、自分の構造を見直すことの大切さが増してきています。
また私は、「情報を伝えること」も、生まれ持った役割のひとつだと感じています。
ラジオや音楽配信を通して、
言葉や音にのせながら、必要な方へ届くかたちで表現しています。
これからの時代は、ひとつの肩書に縛られるのではなく、複数の役割を持ちながら生きていくことが自然になっていくでしょう。
名前も同じで、その時々にしっくりくるものを選んでいい。
「こうでなければならない」という思い込みから自由に。
これからも、しなやかに形を変えながら活動していきます。

Nice to meet you.
I am Mio Mochizuki, a Restructure Coach.
On April 1, 2026, I changed my name from Mioko to Mio, and currently, I am still exploring whether to write “Mio” in hiragana or katakana.
Also, as a coach, I may use my real name “Yoshie,” and for music production, I might use “Mio,” so I am right in a transitional period.
A name is important in terms of connecting with others, but I often naturally change it to match the version of myself at that time.
I choose a way of being that assumes change as a given.
Since around 2024, in the flow referred to as the “Era of the Wind,” social structures have begun to shake significantly.
Ways of working and values that were previously taken for granted are changing, and it is becoming more natural in this era to “change” rather than to “remain the same.”
Change can bring anxiety, but I view it as an opportunity.
This is because when structures shake, options and possibilities that were previously unseen begin to emerge.
My titles are Restructure Coach, Radio Personality, and Music Producer, but the order reflects not my income, but what is at the center of my way of being.
I examine the structures formed by unconscious habits and assumptions, and gradually reconstruct them so that I can live as my true self.
Just as society changes, the structure of people’s hearts also changes.
What was once considered unshakable is now shifting,
and freedom is expanding—
so the importance of each individual reviewing their own structure is increasing.
I also feel that “conveying information” is one of my innate roles.
Through radio and music distribution,
I express in words and sounds, in a form that reaches those who need it.
In the future, it will become natural to live while holding multiple roles rather than being bound by a single title.
The same goes for names—you can choose whatever suits you at the time.
Free yourself from the assumption of “it must be this way.”
From now on, I will continue my activities flexibly, changing form gracefully.
